Quiana Watson was top notch from top to bottom. Quiana has mastered being very knowledgable about the business, but finding a way to translate that knowledge into digestible parts for a first time buyer. I initially contacted Quiana in the beginning of June. I never expected to find the perfect home and close by the end of July. Quiana made me feel at ease. Not only did I interact with Quiana, but I also interacted with her team that helped throughout the process – from her transaction coordinator, her selling assistant and the closing attorney that closed our deal – I felt so at home. It’s something about expertise and good energy meeting in the middle. I would recommend Quiana a million times over!
