I just want say hats off to Quiana Watson and Associates. Mrs. Watson has done an exceptional job for my family hands down. She facilitated our home buying process and made it a smooth transition for us. We lived out of state and wanted to relocate to GA. We knew what we wanted and we let her know upfront. She was knowledgeable on the home buying process and the market. she answered all of our questions throughly and she met all our needs concerning buying a home. She was well verse about the different areas, for example diversity, school ratings, different style homes. One thing I must say about her is that she is a classy person, her persona and appearance speaks volume. I have never met a realtor that was so diligent and passionate about what they do. Everything I wanted in a property she found. I traveled all the way from up north to find a house in GA and I only had literally one day to find a place. I honestly didn’t think I was going to find anything that day. I thought it would take more time due to the picky and meticulous person that I am. She had everything mapped out for me for that one day. She was diligent from start to finish. I did not have to work hard to find a place. She showed me a few properties and I found it all in one day. It was because of how prepared she was, she took the time to accommodate me flying in from another state. She knew I didn’t have much time but because she had everything prepared for me before I even came, it was a smooth process. We had a few bumps throughout the process from the builder but she advocated on our behalf all the way through to the closing table. She makes it easy to communicate with her whether it’s through email or text. She is very good at following up and she is diligent in her work ethic. She is trustworthy, persistent and remains calm but assertive during negotiation. I admire her potential and her ability to facilitate the home buying process. My husband and I are both Army Veterans and she is knowledgeable about the VA loan home buying process. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to purchase a home. She will take care of you. She is that good! Lastly we were able to receive our earnest money back at closing due to Mrs. Watson Advocacy. We are proud to say that we are now homeowners of a new construction home, 5 bedroom 4 bath that sits on a basement. We want thank you Quiana Watson for your hard work and dedication. Thank you for helping us reaching this milestone and purchasing the home of our dreams. We all love it! The kids are elated. We will be contacting her for our future purchases.
